Retal Urban Development Company, Saudi Arabia announces the signing of a contract to implement 352 residential units in Jeddah City.

The Project was awarded to Building Construction Company Limited (Subsidiary). The value of the contract is SAR 214 million.

As part of the project, the company will implement 352 residential units in Sadayem Suburb located in Jeddah City on a total land area of 100,958.79 square meters.

The duration of the contract is 30 months from the effective date.
