Dubai to get “ultra-luxury” resort on artificial island
17 August 2025
Dubai investment firm Shamal Holding has unveiled plans for an “ultra-luxury” residential development on an artificial island off the Jumeirah coastline, called Naïa Island Dubai.
The island will have a Cheval Blanc branded hotel and residential plots with private beaches. A causeway will connect the island to Dubai’s main roads.
Abdulla Binhabtoor, Shamal Holding’s chief executive, said the development would “reinforce Dubai’s position as a global benchmark for exceptional, world-class living”.
