Tender launched for US$11.44 million restoration PPP project in Bulgaria

The Municipality of Karlovo has launched a tender seeking a developer for the restoration and strengthening of ravines public-private partnership (PPP) project in Bulgaria.
The project includes three lots:
- Lot 1: With an estimated value of BGN4.91 million (US$2.7 million), it involves restoration and strengthening of a main and secondary gully and two bridge crossings, Slatina village, Karlovo Municipality;
- Lot 2: With an estimated value of BGN9.52 million (US$5.25 million), it involves restoration and strengthening of the Selska River ravine and four bridge crossings, Bogdan village, Karlovo Municipality;
- Lot 3: With an estimated value of BGN6.31 million (US$3.48 million), it involves restoration and strengthening of the Tatla River and two bridge crossings, Karavelovo village, Karlovo Municipality.
The bidder must complete within the last 5 years from the date of submission of the proposal at least 1 construction identical or similar to the subject of this public procurement. The participant must have personnel with the necessary professional competence: Site Superintendent qualified as a "civil engineer", Technical Manager qualified as a "civil engineer", "architect" or "construction technician", Responsible for quality control, who holds passing training on quality control of construction work and Specialist in labor protection in construction.
The last day to submit the response is July 3, 2023.
