Philippines road upgrade project planned

Road rebuilding work is planned for an important route in the Philippines. Work on the Kennon Road Rehabilitation Project is expected to cost US$205 million.
The work will be handled under the PPP model. The contract will be awarded in the second quarter of 2023 by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) of the Philippines.
The 34km Kennon Road will become a tolled route once the work is complete. The tender process for the work is underway at present.
