Skanska lands $250m Boston airport parking garage contract
27 June 2025
Skanska has landed a $250m contract from the Massachusetts Port Authority to build a new parking garage at Boston’s Logan Airport Terminal E.
Replacing the current garage, the new, 67,400-sq-m one will have 4,000 parking spaces and transport links on the lowest level.
A vehicular bridge will connect it to the existing central parking complex, and a new pedestrian bridge will connect the garage to the terminals.
Modifications will be made to connect the arrival and departures level roadways to the new structure.
Solar panels will help the garage achieve the Green Building Certification Institute’s Parksmart certification.
Construction is due to begin in the second quarter of 2025 and be completed in 203.
Last year, Skanska won a $40m contract to build a parking garage at Logan Airport’s Terminal B.
