OHLA team to build Seville metro line
2 May 2024A consortium led by Spanish contractor Obrascón Huarte Lain (OHLA) has won a €96m contract to build a section of Seville’s metro third line.
The 1.7km section will involve the construction of three stations, as well as a 138m viaduct.
The first 300m of the route will be above ground, the remainder underground.

The 7.5km northern section of Line 3 includes 12 stations and will terminate in the Prado de San Sebastián-Huerta de la Salud area.
An estimated 13.3 million passengers are expected to use the line a year.
