Dubai’s DEPA awarded $258.6 million Contracts in Saudi Arabia, UAE

Depa PLC (“Depa”), the leading global interior solutions group, announces that it has recently won several projects in Saudi Arabia, UAE.
The Combined value of the projects is AED 950 million.
In Saudi Arabia, the company won several projects with Red Sea Global (“RSG”) predominantly (a) fit-out works of Desert Rock Hotel, a luxury 50-villas and 10-hotel rooms resort set in a hidden valley and nestled between the mountains of Saudi Arabia; (b) the fit-out works for the Amaala Yacht Club – envisaged to be one of the world’s premier yachting destinations – will be the stunning centrepiece of the Tripple Bay marina development at Amaala, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; and (c) the fit-out works for two other luxury 5-star hotels within the same development.
The value of the Contract is SAR 750million.
In UAE, the company won the fit-out works of a high-end luxurious headquarters office building in Dubai. The value of the Contract is approximaltey SAR 200million.
