Shomoul Holding Co. a subsidiary of Kuwait’s Mabanee Company announced in a statement that, it has awarded the contract related to The Avenues Al Khobar.

The Project has been awarded to the Joint Venture (JV) of Al Kifah Contracting Company (KSA) and Al Ahmadiah Contracting Company (Kuwait).

The value of the contract is SAR 3.660 Billion.

Project Scope of Works includes construction of Phase 1 Mall and Tower 2, Mixed-use on a lump sum basis.

The duration of the contract is 36 months.

The Avenues Al Khobar is located in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia and extends over a land area 197,673 sqm with gross leasable area of more than 168 thousand square meters.
