Tender issued for transmission PPP project in Nepal

The Nepal Electricity Authority has launched a tender for qualified developers for Hetauda-Parwanipur-Pokhariya 132 kV Transmission Line project.
The selected partner will be responsible for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Pokhariya 132/33/11 kV AIS Substation and bay extension work of the Parwanipur substation in Nepal. To be eligible to tender, bidders must have a minimum annual turnover of US$10.20 million in the last three years and have successfully or substantially completed at least two contracts in the last 10 years. The cost of participation in the auction exceeds US$8.20 million. Participants must pay a non-refundable fee of NPR 20,000 (US$149.17).
The last date to submit the response is January 17, 2023.
