On June 5, 2025, Wison Engineering and Tongxing Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tongxing Tech.") signed a strategic cooperation agreement at Tongxing Tech.'s Hefei Operation Center, aiming to promote in-depth cooperation between the two parties in carbon capture technology development and application, floating carbon capture, tail gas treatment, and global EPC engineering projects. This strategic cooperation will combine Wison Engineering's technical development capabilities and rich engineering experience in energy engineering projects with Tongxing Tech.'s leading advantages in industrial tail gas emission treatment, including its independently developed TX series customized carbon capture absorbents, TX^io process, and low-temperature SCR catalyst technology, to provide customers with competitive systematic solutions of carbon capture and tail gas treatment in the chemical engineering and difficult-to-reduce emission fields. The two parties will work together to deepen cooperation, make full use of their respective technology, products, services, markets and resource advantages, and jointly explore the carbon capture and tail gas treatment market.

Lv Jianning systematically introduced the development history, business scope and new energy development direction of Wison Engineering. In the field of new energy, Wison Engineering focuses on three major technical routes and continues to build the company's technical advantages: one is the multi-conversion of electricity and hydrogen, namely Power-to-X; the second is the multi-conversion of biomass, namely Biomass-to-X; and the third is Carbon Capture and Utilization (CCU).
