17 February 2025
US-headquartered Hill International has signed a memorandum of understanding with Ukraine’s State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development.
The 12-month agreement sees Hill helping to implement a range of projects including residential construction, roads and bridges, energy, airports, and water management.
Hill may also be called on to provide help with training, procurement, monitoring and compliance.
“Rebuilding Ukraine following years of war must be a global priority,” said Hill vice president Peter Gaynor. “Hill stands ready to work with the Agency and the people of Ukraine to achieve a sustainable, effective, and transparent recovery process.”
Hill chief executive Raouf Ghali added: “From the reconstruction of Iraq to our support following natural disasters of all types across the U.S. and around the world, Hill excels at managing these complex, high-visibility mega-programs.”
