Bahrain: List of Bidders applied for PQ of 1,200 MW Sitra IWPP

Electricity and Water Authority (EWA), Kingdom of Bahrain announces the receipt of a pre-qualification (PQ) submittals for the development of Sitra Independent Water and Power Project (Sitra IWPP).

The Project Scope of work includes power capacity of 1200 MW and 30 MIGD of sea water desalination capacity.

The Project will be awarded on build, own and operate (BOO) basis.
