Saudi’s Built Industrial Co. awarded $199.6 million Contracts

Ladun Investment Co. announces that one of its subsidiaries “Built Industrial Company” has Signed the contract with the Ministry of municipalities and housing -to expand the ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh.
The value of the contract is SAR 628 million.
Project works includes an expansion of the current headquarters of the Ministry of municipalities and housing, this expansion is located within the campus of the ministry’s headquarters located at the intersection of King Fahd Road and King Abdullah Road in Riyadh. The expansion consists of eight concrete floors, including two underground parking floors and connected to the existing building by a pedestrian bridge at the level of the third floor, and the project implementation includes all structural and architectural works, electrical and mechanical systems for buildings A, B and coordination of the general site according to the project documents of plans, specifications and schedules quantities. The duration of the contract is 48 months.
In another statement, the company mentioned that it has signed the project with Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries (JCPDI) with a contract value of SAR 120.57 million.
The project includes executing all the necessary work to construct buildings and warehouses for the operations and maintenance departments, as part of the first phase, in JCPDI.
In addition, the project includes green spaces and site development, in accordance with competition blueprints and documents to produce a fully functional and operational facility.
