Shandong Best Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. has successfully won the temporary construction contract for the landmark IT CITY Project in Osh, Kyrgyzstan, thanks to its outstanding product capabilities and rich international project experience.
Personally launched by the President of Kyrgyzstan, this $1 billion+ national project aims to build a modern tech-driven smart city in Central Asia, integrating five major components: housing, education, healthcare, commerce, and information technology.
As one of the initial supporting works of the project,BST’s modular foldable housing units will serve multiple on-site needs such as office, accommodation, and logistics support. These solutions offer fast deployment, environmental sustainability, and cost-efficiency—playing a key role in the early-stage construction of IT CITY.
This successful bid represents another major step in BST’s market expansion along the Belt and Road Initiative, and underscores the global competitiveness of Chinese modular housing technology in large-scale international projects.
In the future, BST will continue to uphold its mission: “Made in China, Serving the World”, and work with global partners to shape efficient, green, and sustainable living and working spaces worldwide.
