Sumou Real Estate company, Saudi Arabia announced in a statement that it has  signed a contract with Jubail & Yanbu Industrial Cities Services Company “JABEEN” .

The total project value estimated at 1.3 Billion SAR.

The Project is related to develop primary and secondary infrastructure works in addition to design and construct 1104 residential units in Yanbu industrial city, in accordance with contracts for purchasing residential units to be signed between Jubail & Yanbu Industrial Cities Services Company “JABEEN” and industrial companies through the housing ownership program of those companies.

The contract is effective from the date of signing, and the development and implementation period is 36 months, starting from the date of signing the purchase contracts with industrial companies.
