Singapore's Key Exports Up 16.8 Pct in January
19 February 2024The non-oil domestic exports (NODX) in Singapore expanded 16.8 percent in January from a low base a year ago, following the 1.5 percent decline last December, according to the government agency Enterprise Singapore Friday.
Total exports of the city-state increased 16.7 percent year-on-year in January, and total imports grew 11.1 percent, Enterprise Singapore said.
NODX to the Chinese mainland expanded 101.3 percent in January, driven by significant growth in specialized machinery, non-monetary gold, and measuring instruments.
The oil domestic exports of Singapore grew 6.2 percent in January, according to the agency.
