Croatia: E.ON acquired two companies as part of a 150 million euro investment plan

E.ON Hrvatska, the unit of German energy group E.ON, has bought two Croatian firms under its 150 million euro investment plan for Croatia and Slovenia for the next three years aimed at advancing the energy transition.
The acquired companies, Tomting 2010 and Green Eight specialise in energy efficiency and solar services, respectively.Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.-With these companies, we are strengthening our capacities and capabilities for solar solutions, but also for more complex energy solutions such as biomass energy plants or cogeneration, and services in the field of energy efficiency – CEO of E.ON Hrvatska, Andreas Rorig, wrote in a post on Linkedin.E.ON Hrvatska is engaged in natural gas distribution, electricity distribution and supply, as well as the design, and construction of solar power plants.
