Republic of Srpska: Enerstate to build a 100 MW solar power plant

Ministry of Energy and Enerstate signed a concession agreement for the for the construction and operation of a 100 MW solar power plant near Sokolac. The installed capacity of the solar power plant is 100 MW and estimated annual electricity production is 142 GWh.
The investment is valued at around 100 million euros, while the concession period spans 50 years. The solar power plant is expected to cover an area of 137 hectares owned by the municipality. It will be connected to the existing electricity transmission grid through the construction of a connecting power line.
The one-time concession fee amounts to around 445,000 euros, and the usage fee is set at 0.0028 euros/kWh of electricity produced.
