SEC, Emaar EC Signs Agreements for Power Supply of KAEC Phase 2,3

Saudi Electricity Co.(SEC) and its subsidiary National Grid SA signed two agreements with Emaar The Economic City (Emaar EC), the main developer of King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), to provide power services. SEC will supply power to the second and third phases of the KAEC project.
The first agreement aims to connect the main substation in KAEC with the general system network of National Grid.
The second agreement is to supply power for the modern international industrial projects specializing in the manufacture of electric vehicles, in the third phase of the Industrial Valley of KAEC, including the factories of CEER and Lucid.
