Slovenia: Gas and electricity prices increased by 14% in Q3

Slovenian households were paying 0.22 euros/kWh of electricity and 0.113 euros/kWh of natural gas in the third quarter, according to the data provided by the Statistical Office. Compared to the second quarter, electricity and gas prices increased by 14%.
The average electricity price for industrial consumers in the third quarter of 2023 amounted to 0.213 euros/kWh without VAT, which is a 1% decrease compared to the previous quarter.
Natural gas prices for industrial consumers decreased by 4% compared to the second quarter of 2023 and amounted to 0.058 euros/kWh without VAT.
