The Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation “KAHRAMAA” invites bids for the Expansion of Strategic Projects – Substations and Cables.

The Project involves EPC Contract for establishment of new Substations and Cables of different voltage levels – from 66kV to 220 kV and upgrade/modifications of the existing substations.

The project is divided into several packages as described below:

• Substations Package S1: New 132kV Substations and upgrade of existing substation.
• Package S2: New 132kV and 66kV Substations.
• Package S3: New 220kV Substation, and upgrade of existing 400kV and 220kV substations.
• Cables Package C1 & C3: 132kV Cables.
• Package C2: 220kV Cables Package
• OHL: Modifications of existing OH Lines to connect new cables.

At present bid submission date is 21 December 2023.
