Saudi’s KEIR International awarded $80.53m Project from Saudi Electricity Company
3 October 2023KEIR International, Saudi Arabia announced that it has awarded two contracts with the National Grid SA Company, a subsidiary of Saudi Electricity Company.
The combined value of the contracts is SR 302 million.
The first contract includes the implementation of the project to connect the al-Nazim Bulk Supply Point with 132 KV Network in Riyadh, where the contract value is 253,202,329 million riyals inclusive of VAT (15%). The contract includes the work of high voltage underground cables 132KV network expansion, Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) Substation Extension, Protection, Telecommunication and Substation Automation for remote ends.
The second contract includes connecting the Al-Aridh Bulk Supply Point (BSP) with the 132KV Network in Riyadh City, where the contract value is 48,849,893 million riyals inclusive of VAT (15%). The works on the Extension of high voltage underground cables 132KV, Protection, Telecommunication, SCADA & Substation Automation.
