Larsen & Toubro wins contracts in Saudi Arabia and India

Indian contractor Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has won engineering, procurement and construction contracts worth between $300m and $600m in India and Saudi Arabia through its power transmission and distribution subsidiary.
In Saudi Arabia, the company will install 380kV of overhead power transmission lines connecting cities along the Red Sea coast. It will also design, supply and construct a 380kV substation in the country’s centre.
In India, L&T will modernise distribution infrastructure across three districts in the northwestern state of Gujarat.
