Saudi Arabia issues EOI for 3 PPP healthcare projects

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health in cooperation with the National Centre for Privatisation (NCP) has launched the Expression of Interest (EOI) phase for three healthcare Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects in Riyadh and Dammam.
The three projects are as follows:
Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Home (SNH) project: Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Maintain (DBFOM) project (clinical and non-clinical) for 200 beds for the LTC facility and 100 beds for SNH for each region.
Medical Rehabilitation Hospital: DBFOM project (clinical and non-clinical) for 150 beds, and 120,000 outpatient rehabilitation sessions annually for each region.
Home Healthcare (HHC): Clinical operation and maintenance of 5,000 active patients for each region.
The final date to submit EOIs is 13 April 2023. The issue date for the EOI was 16 March 2023.
