Tender launched for student housing PPP project in Uzbekistan

The government of Uzbekistan has issued a tender seeking a developer for student housing in Uzbekistan.
The selected developer will be responsible for the construction and operation of a student hostel for 400 places in the empty land (0.3 ha) of the Tashkent State Agrarian University in Kibray district, Tashkent region, Universitetskaya street, 2, Uzbekistan. The project intends to meet the growing needs of higher education institutions in a timely manner, the resolution provides for the attraction of private investment in the construction of infrastructure facilities and the organization of their use.
The concept of the project was proposed by the private initiative LLC "New Brand House" and it was approved by the Tashkent State Agrarian University on March 3, 2023.
The last date to submit the response is April 23, 2023.
