China Civil Engineering awarded Road Works Contract in Dubai
29 December 2022China Civil Engineering announced in a statement that it has successfully signed the overpass project of the Road and Transport Authority of Dubai, UAE.
This project is the first time that China Civil Engineering has undertaken a project in the general contracting mode in the Dubai infrastructure market, marking another important step for China Civil Engineering to deepen the UAE’s infrastructure market and promote local diversified development.
The project is located at the intersection of two important traffic areas in Dubai, D59 and E311 highways. The owner of the Project is the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority.
The main project content includes the construction of 4 new cast-in-place prestressed box girder bridges, as well as facility relocation protection, landscape engineering construction, etc. . The contracting of this project has strong demonstration significance, and will continue to expand the influence and popularity of China Civil Engineering in the Dubai infrastructure market in the United Arab Emirates, and also lay a solid foundation for China Civil Engineering and UAE Branch to further deepen exchanges and cooperation with Dubai Transport Authority, statement mentioned.
