Saudi Arabia announces Pre Qualified Bidders for 3.3GW Round 4 Renewable Energy Projects
4 December 2022Ministry of Energy, Saudi Arabia announced the Pre Qualified Bidders for 3.3GW Renewable Energy Projects under Round 4.
The total capacity of Wind energy production projects for this phase is 1800 MW, distributed as follows:
- Yanbu Project with a capacity of 700 MW
- Al-Ghat Project with a capacity of 600 MW
- Waad Al Shamal Project with a capacity of 500 MW
List of Pre Qualified Bidders for Wind (1800MW) Projects:
The capacity of production projects from Solar energy amounts to 1500 MW, distributed as follows:
- Al Hanakia Project with a capacity of 1100 MW
- Tabarjal Project with a capacity of 400 MW
List of Pre Qualified Bidders for Solar PV (1500MW) Projects:
Earlier, the MOE mentioned that , the launch of these projects within the National Renewable Energy Program (NREP) comes as part of the Kingdom’s objectives of the “Saudi Vision 2030.
