1st additionally purchased train for Line 2 of Suzhou Rail Transit is successfully delivered
13 August 2022Recently, the first train of the additional purchase project for Line 2 of Suzhou Rail Transit made by CRRC Puzhen was delivered.
The additional trains for Line 2 of Suzhou Rail Transit adopt a composition of 5 Type B cars, with a maximum operating speed of 80km/h. The dynamic map within the carriage is upgraded to be a 43” super-large LCD screen, providing clearer station and other information for passengers; the intelligent air conditioning system controls the temperature real time according to the environment, and adjusts the volume of fresh air to satisfy the comfort need and the energy conservation requirements of the train; and in addition, the seven intelligent operating systems carried by the EMU provide convenience and data support for the operation, maintenance and use of the train, taking the overall reliability of the train to the next level.
It is learned that Line 2 of Suzhou Rail Transit covers a total length of 42km and multiple densely populated areas. The successful delivery of the first train of the additional purchase project for Line 2 of Suzhou Rail Transit shortens the running intervals and significantly satisfies residents’ increasing traveling needs.
