Rehabilitation of eight health facilities in Guinea underway

Rehabilitation of eight health facilities in Guinea is underway following the appointment of the preferred contractor, Marylis BTP (a subsidiary of the SNEDAI Group), who won an international call for tenders for the implementation of the project.

The call for tenders was launched by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Guinea as part of the National Health System Support Project (P3SN) and financed by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation.

Marylis BTP, through its subordinate MEDAFRIQUE, will therefore be responsible for the construction, supply of medical equipment and workshop equipment for the production of electrical energy, and refrigeration for each of the eight facilities.

The rehabilitation work is set to be carried out over a period of 5 months in strict compliance with the specifications that the involved parties have agreed on. For the delivery of this project, Marylis BTP will rely on the competence of its team and the collaboration of leading technical and financial partners, both local and international.

Marylis BTP has offered its services in the real estate and commercial sectors not only in Guinea but also across the border in Côte d’Ivoire. Since 2018, the company has been carrying out, particularly in the sub-region, rehabilitation, construction, and renovation works of health facilities, bringing a breath of modernity to the health landscape and contributing to the improvement of living conditions.

Mr. Adama Soumahoro, the General Manager of Marylis BTP said that the entire Marylis BTP team is extremely proud to have won this international call for tenders and that it is an honor for the company to support the Government of Guinea by participating in the deployment of the P3SN and to gradually continue to make the SNEDAI Group a benchmark pan-African leader.
