APTIM Appoints Chuck Prow as Chief Executive Officer
4 November 2026
APTIM (“APTIM” or the “Company”), a leading environmental and resilience consulting firm with a long history of providing expertise and integrated solutions to government and commercial customers, today announced that Chuck Prow has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, effective November 9, 2026. He succeeds Mark Fallon, who will step down from the roles of CEO and Chairman to pursue other ventures.
Prow brings over three decades of experience leading global enterprises and deep expertise in critical infrastructure and growth strategy. Most recently, he served as CEO of V2X, a leading defense infrastructure management and technology firm with more than $4.0 billion in revenues. Prow led the formation of V2X following the merger of The Vertex Company with Vectrus, where he served as CEO since 2017. He is a 10-time Wash100 Award winner, has served on multiple boards in the government technology market, and previously held executive leadership roles in the government and public sector businesses of IBM and PwC. At APTIM, Prow will partner closely with Jon Grant, Chief Financial Officer, and the leadership team to strengthen the Company’s position as a premier government services provider.
“At a time of rapid infrastructure change, the need for APTIM’s specialized services is more acute than ever, and I’m thrilled to step into the role of CEO at such an exciting moment for the Company,” said Prow. “With an exceptional team, deep technical expertise, and longstanding customer relationships, I believe APTIM is positioned to capitalize on growing investment in defense modernization, energy security, and critical infrastructure. I look forward to working alongside Jon and the broader team to build on this strong foundation and capture the significant opportunities ahead of us.”
“I’m grateful for the privilege of working alongside so many committed and talented teammates at APTIM,” said Fallon. “I am so proud of the work that we have done together and all that APTIM will continue to do to deliver on the most challenging environmental and infrastructure missions for clients.”
