Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.a. has joined the “National Temporary Support Fund – Relaunch Capital” (established by art. 27 of Legislative Decree 19 May 2020, no. 34, so-called “Relaunch Decree”) by subscribing to a Convertible Subordinated Bond Loan (so-called POSC).

In accordance with the Fund Use Plan, the resources have been invested in production plants and business activities in line with the EU’s strategic objectives and national obligations regarding green and digital transformation, including the goal of climate neutrality by 2050.

In particular, during 2021, 2022 and 2023, the use of resources from C.d.P. made it possible to:

• invest in the digitalization of the Company, making the creation of the new ERP system possible;
• invest in working capital, personnel and leasing relating to contracts for the development and modernization of the national railway network (e.g. HS/HC Naples-Bari, Milan-Verona and Terzo Valico dei Giovi), works which promote smart mobility and the reduction of environmental impact;
• invest in working capital, personnel and leasing relating to projects for the construction of new road and motorway infrastructures (e.g. the Tyrrhenian-Brenner multimodal corridor and the expansion of the A4 motorway), aimed at making both “light” and “heavy” traffic more efficient between areas of economic and productive interest, so as to limit the relative environmental impact;
• invest in working capital, personnel and leasing relating to Contracts for the construction and management of new wastewater purification plants (e.g. Naples North purification plant).
