CIMIC Group company Leighton Asia has been awarded a contract to build a luxury residential project in Mumbai for Embassy Developments Limited, a major real estate developer in India.

Located in the South Mumbai area, the project – known as Embassy Citadel – involves construction of a single tower, approximately 300 m in height, with a built-up area of around 192,000 sq m.

Leighton Asia will undertake civil and structural works, with construction set to commence in July 2026.
