Vietnam’s contractor Ricons wins contract for new mixed-use development in Hanoi

Vietnam-based contractor Ricons has secured a contract for the Giang Vo mixed-use complex in Hanoi. Located in the city’s Ba Dinh district, the project is being developed by Pacific Thang Long Co Ltd.
Designed as a modern, multifunctional development, this mixed-use complex will feature a high-end hotel, Grade A office spaces, premium commercial services, and a variety of upscale amenities. It is expected to become a new architectural landmark, reshaping the landscape of Giang Vo – one of Hanoi’s most dynamic growth areas.
For the project, Ricons is responsible for delivering the piling and structural works, including diaphragm wall enhancement, bored piles, reinforced concrete structures for the foundation, basement, superstructure and finishing works.
Covering a total land area of 12,066 sq m, the Giang Vo complex will have two main structures: a 19-storey hotel tower with two basement levels and a total of 350 guest rooms, as well as a 21-storey office block with two basement levels.
