Recently, the Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT) of Phongsaly Province of Lao People’s Democratic Republic officially award the above mentioned project to the company CJIC.

The project is located in Phongsaly Province , The main works include the rehabilitation to gravel of 8.24km, upgrading to DBST of 3.92km, upgrading to concrete pavement of 2.44km, and maintenance and repair works of a 25m concrete bridge .

The project is funded by the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW).
