27 June 2025
To implement the Group’s “Eastward Integration, Westward Expansion, and Global Outreach” strategy and promote the practical advancement of overseas projects, Zhongyuan Golden Sun held a discussion with Henan International Cooperation Co., Ltd. on the afternoon of June 19. The meeting focused on the new energy supporting facilities for the Boké Port Project in Guinea.
During the meeting, the Henan International team introduced the overall planning and progress of the Guinea port project. Based on their previous field visits, the Zhongyuan Golden Sun team gave a comprehensive report on the local power situation, available resources, electricity demand, and technical solutions for a solar-storage hybrid system. They also presented a preliminary plan for building a smart microgrid system integrating “solar power + energy storage + diesel” in the port area.
The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on power supply models, system configurations, technical specifications, and cooperation mechanisms. They reached preliminary consensus on refining system design, clarifying collaboration boundaries, and identifying implementation conditions.
This exchange further clarified responsibilities, strengthened cooperation, and laid a solid foundation for the implementation of the Guinea project and the development of a benchmark overseas new energy initiative. Moving forward, Zhongyuan Golden Sun will continue to provide strong technical support and closely coordinate project follow-up work in line with the Group’s strategic deployment.
