ACCIONA Energía and The Blue Circle have completed a reorganization of their partnership, with each of the companies focusing on different markets independently.

ACCIONA Energía is taking full ownership of the renewable energy project portfolio in the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. With this decision, the company reinforces its position in these geographies and, particularly, in the Philippines, where it has a solid portfolio of wind and solar projects at different stages –from operation to construction and development– and where it plans to accelerate its expansion in the coming years.

Meanwhile, The Blue Circle will operate independently, focusing on projects in Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Cambodia.

This operation strengthens ACCIONA Energía's presence in Asia-Pacific, a key region in its global growth strategy, and represents another step forward in its commitment to leading the energy transition in emerging markets.
