Serentica selects SANY Renewable to supply WTGs for wind project

Serentica Renewables, a leading renewable energy company in India, has selected SANY Renewable, a leading enterprise of high-end equipment manufacturing, to supply the Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) for its 336 MW Wind Project in Karnataka.
The project will feature advanced Sany WTGs, each with a 4 MW rated capacity. The delivery for the project is expected to commence by December 2025, marking a significant milestone in Serentica’s commitment to providing reliable, round-the-clock green power across India.
SANY Renewable’s portfolio includes major orders crossing 3 GW with key players in India market. Additionally, Sany turbines are already operating successfully in India, demonstrating their operational excellence
Commenting on the development, Akshay Hiranandani, CEO, Serentica Renewables, said, “336 MW wind project in Karnataka will play a pivotal role in reducing carbon emissions while providing a reliable, renewable energy source to industrial consumers.
