CSSC held the Oslo Green Ship Reception during Nor-shipping
4 June 2025The CSSC Oslo Green Ship Reception was successfully held during Nor-shipping week in Oslo, Norway on June 2nd, 2025. Wang Guoqiang, President of CSSC, attended the event and delivered a keynote speech.
The event was organized by China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd. (CSTC) to further strengthen cooperation and communication with world-class partners on decarbonization and digitalization across the global shipping industry.
During the event, the experts from CSSC introduced the low-carbon ship designs and digital solution, as well as the updates of WinGD Dual-fuel Ammonia Engine.
Wang Guoqiang presented the corporate brand philosophy of "CSSC to Pioneer the Deep Blue with Intelligence" to major global shipowners and partners, elaborating on CSSC's strategic development direction for the next decade—"high-end, green, smart and shared"—as well as the business philosophy of "open collaboration for mutual success". He emphasized CSSC’s role as a global promoter, explorer, and pioneer for green transition across the global maritime industry in his address. “Adhering to the philosophy of innovation-driven development and intelligence-led advancement, CSSC is committed to building a communication platform for the global maritime industry with a shared future. In recent years, we have accelerated breakthroughs in core technologies while deepening collaboration with global shipping enterprises and the international maritime community,” he stated.
More than 200 distinguished guests from 70+ top owners, bankers, classification societies, ship brokers and system suppliers, including BW, UECC, Stenersen, Hoegh, Northern Light, Gram Car Carrier, NAVIGATOR GAS, MPC, Oldendorff, Capital, Star Bulk and Panocean were invited to attend this event.
