On May 26th, Mr. Huang Kai, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of CEECATL, director of Amperex Era (Zhoushan) Energy Storge Technology Co., Ltd. (short for AEES), and PT. Sujaka Lays, Chairman of KAIROS TERRA ENERGY (short for KAIROS TERRA), held talks and conducted in-depth exchanges on the development opportunities in Indonesia's new energy field, and reached a consensus on cooperation in key areas such as the integration of optical storage, charging and swapping, the electrification of heavy trucks, and the isolated grid and off-grid energy systems, and signed a memorandum of cooperation, laying a solid foundation for deepening cooperation in the future.

He pointed out that as a wholly-owned subsidiary of CEECATL, AEES has built a full value chain capability covering the investment, construction and operation of new energy and energy storage industries by relying on the deep accumulation of the two major shareholders of CEECATL in the field of energy infrastructure and battery technology. He said that the company has always explored the development path of green energy from an international perspective, and the cooperation with KAIROS TERRA is an important step in deepening the Indonesian market, and in the future, the two sides can cooperate in the electrification of logistics vehicles and heavy trucks, the integrated construction of optical storage and charging, modular battery swapping and mobile charging networks, etc., and develop in depth and synergistically in terms of technology and resources.

As the largest energy consumer in Southeast Asia, Indonesia is accelerating the transformation of its energy structure in recent years, and the new energy market is booming. He said that KAIROS TERRA has a deep understanding of local policies, market demand and operating environment, and has rich experience in promoting the implementation of new energy projects, and the two sides are highly complementary in the application of new energy technologies and market development. According to the memorandum of cooperation, the two parties will focus on Indonesia's new energy industry and carry out all-round cooperation in the construction of integrated optical storage and charging projects, electrification solutions for heavy trucks, the construction of energy supply systems in isolated and off-grid areas, as well as the layout of module battery swapping and mobile charging networks. AEES will give full play to the advantages of the professional team and rich practical experience, and deeply collaborate with KAIROS TERRA in the above cooperation fields to jointly promote the efficient implementation of the project and create a new energy demonstration project that meets the needs of the Indonesian market.
