Sungrow Hydrogen Signs Supply agreement for Oman’s 320MW Green Ammonia Project

Sungrow Hydrogen announces that it has signed supply agreement with ACME Group to provide water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment for Oman’s 320MW green ammonia project. It also marks the official start of the deep cooperation between Sungrow Hydrogen and ACME Group in the Middle East.
According to the agreement, Sungrow Hydrogen will provide multiple sets of 1000Nm³/h ALK hydrogen production equipment and flexible green hydrogen production solutions. The delivery will be completed within 2025.
The project is the core part of ACME’s green energy project plan in the Middle East, and will go to operation in 2026. The capacity of green ammonia will be 300 tonnes per day at the first stage. It can no doubt significantly enhance Oman’s position in the global green hydrogen industry in the future.
The company stated that, the competitiveness of Sungrow Hydrogen in the international green hydrogen industry is increasing. In 2024, we are certificated with CE, TÜV and CNAS authoritative certifcates for our electrolyzer products and 20MW Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Production Empirical Platform respectively. What’s more, the Plant No.2 of Sungrow Hydrogen Intelligent Manufacturing Centre was put into operation recently. It is the first ALK electrolyzer automated assembly production line in China and can help to increase the production efficiency by 60%. Currently, the annual production capacity of Sungrow Hydrogen has increased to 3GW.
