23 December 2024
Skanska invests about SEK 220M in a residential project in central Uppsala. It is an apartment building with 73 condominium apartments and two commercial premises. Construction is scheduled to start in March 2025.
The project is centrally located in Uppsala and is Skanska's second stage in the same quarter. The house will be six to seven stories high with apartments in sizes from studios to four rooms. Like all Skanska's self-developed residential buildings in Sweden, it will be certified according to “Svanen” and reach Energy Class B.
The project is expected to be completed by autumn 2026.
