Oman’s Tender Board awards contract worth $790 million

The Tender Board, Oman awarded tenders and additional works complementing development projects in various fields.
The total value of the contracts is RO 304 million.
The tenders awarded included:
- Implementation of the dual-carriageway of Adam-Thumrait Road, Part 4, at a cost of RO 118,379,071.
- Implementation of the dual-carriageway of Adam-Thumrait Road, Part 3, at a cost of RO 70,031,555.
- Implementation of the dual-carriageway of Adam-Thumrait Road, Part 5, at a cost of RO 69,792,793.
- Implementation of roads in Jebel Shams at a cost of RO 20,248,903.
- Electromechanical and civil operation and maintenance of Sultan Qaboos University Hospital at a cost of RO 4,949,952.
- Construction of “A’Dakhiliyah Boulevard” at a cost of RO 8,373,338.
- Developing the seafront of Al Ashkhara Beach in South A’Sharqiyah Governorate at a cost of RO 5,786,000.
- TV and digital promotion of the Sultanate of Oman in various global markets worth RO 385,089.
- Periodic maintenance of dentistry chairs for various health institutions, at a cost of RO 217,807.
- Appointment of a tourism representative office for the Sultanate of Oman in the People’s Republic of China at a cost of RO 100,000.
The Tender Board also awarded several other projects pertaining to additional works.
