Saudi Arabia invites EOI for Residential Buildings at Land Ports Project on PPP model
10 June 2024Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA), Saudi Arabia in collaboration with the National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP), invites the submissions of Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested parties for the Residential Buildings project at Land Ports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This project entails the design, development, operation, and maintenance of residential areas across 9 of the Kingdom’s land ports.
The project is located at 9 land ports across the Kingdom, including: – Al Batha – Salwa – Al Raqi – Jadidat Arar – Al Hadithah – Halat Ammar – Al Durrah – Al Wadiah – Empty Quarter.
Project Scope of Work includes, Design and construct new residential units and service facilities at the land ports, Rehabilitate existing residential units and service facilities at the land ports based on their current condition, Maintain both new and existing residential units and service facilities to ensure they consistently meet required standards throughout the duration of the contract, Provide security services, operate health clubs, and ensure the availability of parks and entertainment spaces within the residential areas and Transfer the project back to ZATCA at the end of the contract period.
The duration of the contract is 23 years, which includes an estimated construction period of 3 years.
Intrested Bidders need to respond to the EOI by 30 June 2024.
