Skanska builds multi-family houses in Prague, Czech Republic, for CZK 850M, about SEK 380M

Skanska has signed a contract with Finep CZ to build a residential complex in Prague, Czech Republic. The contract is worth CZK 850M, about SEK 380M, which will be included in the order bookings for Europe for the second quarter of 2024.
Skanska has signed a contract with Finep CZ to build a residential complex in Prague, Czech Republic. The contract is worth CZK 850M, about SEK 380M, which will be included in the order bookings for Europe for the second quarter of 2024.
The project includes the next phase of construction for the Barrandov Cascades residential project, which consists of 4 residential buildings with 5-6 floors and a total of 200 new apartments, as well as two-story underground garages.
The commencement of construction is expected in May 2024, with completion scheduled for autumn 2026.
