Hyundai held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Jafurah Phase II Project

Hyundai Engineering Co. Ltd. (HEC) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Jafurah Phase II Utilities, Sulfur & Export Facilities Package 2 Project in Saudi Arabia and is commencing full-scale construction.
This is a follow-up project to Jafurah Phase I, aimed at establishing sulfur facilities and utility infrastructure in the Al Hofuf region.
The ceremony was attended by key personnel from aramco and Hyundai E&C.
It is scheduled to be completed by October 2027. The contract for this project is valued at US$2.3 billion.
