The Dabou road opens to traffic In Côte d’Ivoire
4 April 2024Sogea-Satom (VINCI Construction) was tasked by the Ministry for Infrastructure and Road Maintenance to widen a 19 km stretch of the road connecting Abidjan to Dabou and Jacqueville to relieve congestion.
The project also involved creating two side roads, two engineering structures, five pedestrian overpasses, public lighting over the 19 km stretch as well as a longitudinal and transverse wastewater system. Sogea-Satom also built a school with six classrooms in Adiopodoumé, dug a well and built public toilet facilities in the sub-prefecture of Songon. Moreover, it organised a site visit for a group of school children.
