Saudi Real Estate Co.’s (Al Akaria) subsidiary, Saudi Real Estate Infrastructure Co. (Binyah), announced in a statement that it has signed excavation works related Contract with the Diriyah Gate Company Limited (DGCL).

The value of the contract is SAR 722.1 million.

The contract includes the implementation of Excavation for Metro-Box Central, Metro-Box South and Metro-Box East and Related Works. The duration of the contract is 1,276 calendar days.
