Recently, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the President of Kazakhstan, met with Xiang Wenbo, the rotating Chairman of SANY Group, to discuss the joint project in the green energy sector.

SANY Renewable Energy has previously participated in constructing a 1GW wind farm project in Kazakhstan, and is now considering building an industrial park in Kazakhstan for manufacturing wind turbine towers, blades, and nacelles.

President Tokayev expressed Kazakhstan's keenness to deepen cooperation with SANY Group, particularly in the joint manufacturing of professional technical equipment and components. He suggested SANY Group consider setting up regional R&D centers in Kazakhstan to facilitate business expansion in the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) market.

At the meeting's conclusion, President Tokayev extended an invitation to Mr. Xiang Wenbo to attend the upcoming Astana International Forum.
