Turner Selected to Build $184 Million Project at the University of Kentucky

March 27, 2024 – Turner Construction Company was selected to build a $184 million Agriculture Research Building for the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY. The building will contain laboratory teaching space, office space, and a 250-seat auditorium.
Turner has worked on more than 20 projects for the University of Kentucky including the Albert B. Chandler Hospital, whose original structure was completed in 2011 and has had ongoing interior fit-outs since, and the Health Education Building which will be completed in 2026.

The 190,000-square-foot building is expected to be completed in 2027.
