HOCHTIEF subsidiary Turner, the leading building construction management company in North-America, is a member of the “Innovation Next+ design-build team” that has been selected for the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) Terminal F Concourse and Skylink Station Project. The USD 855 million project will provide a new concourse building and associated Skylink Station infrastructure on the Terminal F site. This new double-loaded (aircraft parking on both sides) concourse building is anticipated to measure around 37,000 square meters.
Terminal F construction is anticipated to commence June 2024 and is scheduled to be operational by the second quarter of 2027.
Innovation Next+ is composed of The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western, Turner Construction Company, Phillips May Corporation, H. J. Russell & Company, and CARCON INDUSTRIES, with PGAL, Gensler and Muller2 as design team members.
